For proprietary hardware — unusual diameters, pod formats, disposable pen shapes — send us the cart dimensions and we engineer the insert to match. Tooling for a custom cavity takes 5–7 additional days and involves a one-time tooling fee. After that, the cavity is yours and reorders use the same tool at no extra charge. We recommend ordering a sample with your actual hardware to verify fit before committing to volume.

Holographic security labels change appearance at different angles and are extremely difficult to replicate cheaply. UV-reactive inks appear only under blacklight — useful for dispensary spot-checks. QR-linked batch verification lets any customer confirm authenticity with their phone. Serialized pack codes tie each unit to a specific production batch. Ask for a quote that includes two or three of these — the combination is more effective than any single method alone.

For e-commerce, the die cut box with a rigid insert or the pop top tube works best — they protect the hardware through transit without adding dimensional weight that inflates shipping cost. For retail display, the clamshell blister or the window die cut box is the better choice — both allow the hardware to be visible without opening the package, which reduces handling returns and speeds up the purchase decision at the point of sale. If you run both channels, some brands use the pop top tube for e-commerce and the window box for retail on the same SKU.

Yes. CR closure options across our vape formats are independently tested to ASTM D3475. The clamshell's CR snap hinge, the tin's CR lid, and the pop top's side-squeeze mechanism all carry third-party certification. Full documentation ships with every order. We also map compliance text zones into the box artwork at the dieline stage — THC percentage, warning symbols, and batch information placed at the required minimum sizes for California, Colorado, Michigan, and Health Canada. If your state has specific opaque packaging requirements for vape products, we'll flag that in the initial design review.

MOQ starts at 500 units for die cut boxes, tins, and rigid luxury boxes. Clamshell blisters, pop top tubes, and mylar bags start at 1,000 units. Production after artwork approval takes 10–20 business days — stock insert cavities are faster, custom-tooled cavities add 5–7 days. Air freight to the US adds 5–7 days. Ocean freight (best for 5,000+ units) adds 25–35 days. We provide a physical pre-production sample in 5–7 days so you can test the insert fit with your actual cart before committing to the full run.

Yes. We produce custom-cut pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, and holographic security stickers alongside the box itself. If your state requires a separate label on the cart hardware (not just on the box), we can print those in the same order and include them in the same shipment. Batch numbers, QR codes, and dosage information all supported. Ordering labels and boxes together means they're designed for the same compliance framework — no inconsistency between what's on the cart and what's on the box.
