By engaging Hemployd for the design, engineering, and manufacturing of custom packaging solutions—including but not limited to cannabis flower packaging, vape cartridge boxes, and tincture dropper bottles—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement forms the basis of our commitment to delivering world-class, compliant packaging tailored to your brand's exacting standards.

Our core competency lies in fully customized structural and aesthetic designs. Upon your approval of digital proofs or physical prototypes for items such as custom pre-roll tubes, die-cut boxes, or CBD gummy packaging, manufacturing commences. Please note that minor variations in color fidelity (CMYK/Pantone matching) and material thickness are inherent to the custom printing and die-cutting process and fall within acceptable global manufacturing standards.

Hemployd takes pride in engineering solutions that meet stringent safety standards, including our certified Child Resistant (CR) packaging lines and premium smell-proof jars. However, the regulatory landscape is dynamic. It remains the sole responsibility of the purchasing entity to verify that the selected packaging structures, materials, and custom printed cannabis labels comply with all local, state, and federal regulations applicable to their specific jurisdiction prior to market distribution.

Operating as a direct-from-factory partner based in China, we provide highly competitive lead times. Estimated production schedules are provided upon order confirmation and deposit receipt. While we partner with top-tier global logistics providers to ensure the secure transit of your custom concentrate containers and smell-proof mylar bags, Hemployd cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events.
